No mystery. Here's exactly how it goes.

Four stages, the same every time. You always know what's happening, what it costs and what we need from you next.

1

A free call

You
Tell us about the business. What's working, what isn't, and what you'd like more of.
Us
Listen, ask questions, and say plainly what we'd build. We'll also say what we wouldn't bother with. Book yours
2

A fixed quote

You
Read it, pick it apart, ask anything. Change your mind if you like. Nothing is owed at this point.
Us
Write down what you're getting, what it costs and the date it goes live.
3

Design and build

You
Open the link we send each week, have a play on your own phone, and tell us what's not right.
Us
Design it, build it and test it on real devices. Changes are cheap at this stage, so we want to hear them.
4

Launch, and after

You
Start taking the bookings, orders and enquiries.
Us
Put it live, show you how to run it, and stay on hand for fixes and whatever you want next.

Fair questions

A man at a desk writing notes in a notebook
How much will it cost?

It depends on what you need, so every project is quoted individually. The price is fixed in writing before any work starts. What you agree is what you pay.

How long does it take?

A business website usually takes a few weeks. Shops, booking systems and apps take longer. The quote form shows a typical range, and your written quote carries a launch date.

Can I update it myself afterwards?

Yes. Text, prices, photos and opening hours are yours to change, and we show you how before launch.

Who owns it?

You do. Once the project is paid for, the design, content and code are yours.

I've already got a website. Can you work with it?

Yes. We can redesign it, speed it up, or add booking, payments or an app alongside it.

What if something breaks after launch?

Tell us and we'll fix it. Ongoing support is available as a monthly plan or as and when you need it.

Stage one is free. Shall we?
